If I “delete” a subscription in the app, does billing stop?
No. Deleting in DarumaKnock only removes the record inside the app. To cancel billing, you must unsubscribe from the service itself or cancel via the App Store Subscriptions page.
The app provides cancellation links (when available) or Google search links to help you find the right page.
What’s the difference between Free and Pro?
The Free plan lets you register up to 3 subscriptions. Pro unlocks unlimited subscriptions and renewal reminder notifications.
Pro: $2.99/month or $29.99/year(or equivalent value in your currency)
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored only on your iPhone. We do not upload or transmit your data to any external server. No account is required.
I can’t find the cancellation link.
For services without a direct cancellation link, we provide a Google search link to help you find it.
Subscriptions purchased via the App Store can be managed in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
I’m not receiving notifications.
Please check:
1. Notifications are enabled in Settings → Notifications → DarumaKnock
2. Reminders are turned on in the app settings
3. Renewal reminders require the Pro plan
Can I restore my purchase?
Yes. Use Settings → Restore Purchases in the app after reinstalling or changing devices.
