DarumaKnock（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくことで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリのご利用をお控えください。

本アプリの性質と重要な注意事項

サブスク管理ツールについて

本アプリは、ユーザーが登録したサブスクリプション情報を管理・整理するためのツールです。各サービスとの契約関係には関与しません。

重要： 本アプリ内での「削除」は、DarumaKnock上の記録を削除するものであり、各サービスの解約を意味しません。課金は自動では止まりません。サービスの解約は、必ず各サービスのウェブサイトまたはApp Storeの「サブスクリプション」設定から直接行ってください。

解約リンクについて

本アプリは各サービスの解約ページへのリンク、またはGoogle検索リンクを参考情報として提供しますが、リンク先の正確性・最新性を保証するものではありません。実際の解約手続きはユーザー自身の責任において行ってください。

Proサブスクリプション（App内課金）

自動更新サブスクリプション

本アプリは自動更新サブスクリプション（月額・年額プラン）を提供しています。購入した場合、以下の条件が適用されます。

料金は購入確認時に、お客様のApple IDに紐付くアカウントに請求されます。
現在の期間終了の少なくとも24時間前にキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
更新料金は、現在の期間終了の24時間以内に請求されます。

管理・キャンセル方法

設定アプリ → [あなたの名前] → サブスクリプション → DarumaKnock

免責事項

情報提供のみ

本アプリが提供するコンテンツおよび提案はあくまで参考情報であり、専門的な金融アドバイスを構成するものではありません。財務に関する判断はすべてユーザー自身の責任において行ってください。

現状のまま提供（As-Is）

本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。動作の継続性、特定目的への適合性、正確性について、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証もいたしません。

機能の変更

開発者は本アプリの機能・コンテンツをいつでも予告なく変更、追加、削除することができます。

知的財産権

本アプリおよびそのコンテンツに関する知的財産権はすべて開発者に帰属します。無断での複製・転載・商業利用を禁止します。

規約の変更

本規約は将来変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートまたは本ページにて通知します。変更後も継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

By using DarumaKnock ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Nature of the App and Important Notice

Subscription Tracking Tool

The App is a tool for organizing and tracking subscription information entered by the user. It has no relationship with the external services you subscribe to.

Important: Deleting a subscription record in DarumaKnock removes it from the App only — it does not cancel your billing with the external service. To stop being charged, you must cancel directly with each service or through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Cancellation Links

The App provides links to cancellation pages (or Google search links where no direct URL is available) as a convenience only. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of these links. Cancellation is the sole responsibility of the user.

Pro Subscription (In-App Purchase)

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly plans). When you purchase a subscription, the following terms apply:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Informational Purposes Only

The content and suggestions provided by the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice. All decisions are made at your own risk and responsibility.

Provided "As Is"

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.

Feature Changes

The developer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by the developer. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated in the future. We will notify you of any material changes via an app update or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
