本利用規約は、Dessinate（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリは個人的・非商業的な目的でのみ使用できます。アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・改変・再配布は禁止します。
Dessinate Pro は月額・年額のサブスクリプションです。購入後は次の更新日まで継続して利用できます。解約は iOS の「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」から行えます。解約後も現在の期間終了まで Pro 機能をご利用いただけます。
料金は App Store の表示価格に従います。価格は予告なく変更される場合があります。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は本アプリの使用によって生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
本アプリのデザイン・コード・コンテンツに関する知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。ユーザーが入力・記録したデータはユーザー自身に帰属します。
本規約を変更する場合は、このページを更新します。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。

These Terms of Use govern your use of Dessinate ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the App is prohibited.
Dessinate Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. After purchase, access continues until the next renewal date. You may cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices are as displayed in the App Store and may change without prior notice.
The App is provided "as is." The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
All design, code, and content in the App belong to the developer. Data you record in the App belongs to you.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Significant changes will be communicated within the App.
