本アプリは、時間候補の入力からメッセージブロックを生成する時間調整支援ツールです。本アプリが生成するコンテンツの正確性・適切性についての最終確認はユーザー自身が行ってください。
本アプリが生成するメッセージや時差変換結果はあくまで参考情報です。時差・サマータイム等による誤差が生じる場合があります。重要な業務連絡においては、ユーザー自身で内容を確認してから使用してください。
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。動作の継続性、特定目的への適合性、正確性について、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証もいたしません。
開発者は本アプリの機能・コンテンツをいつでも予告なく変更、追加、削除することができます。
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツに関する知的財産権はすべて開発者に帰属します。無断での複製・転載・商業利用を禁止します。
本規約は将来変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートまたは本ページにて通知します。変更後も継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

By using TimeBud ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
The App is a scheduling assistance tool that generates message blocks from time slot inputs. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any content generated by the App before use.
Messages and time zone conversions generated by the App are provided for reference only. Discrepancies may occur due to time zone rules or daylight saving time changes. Please verify the content yourself before using it in important communications.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
The developer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by the developer. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
These Terms may be updated in the future. We will notify you of any material changes via an app update or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
