本アプリは、旅行前のリスク確認・チェックリスト管理を補助するツールです。本アプリが提供するリスク情報・チェック項目は参考情報であり、各旅行の安全・リスク管理についての最終判断はユーザー自身が行ってください。
リマインダー通知機能はデバイスのローカル通知を使用しています。通知のタイミングについて正確性を保証するものではありません。
本アプリが提供するコンテンツはあくまで参考情報であり、旅行・安全・保険・法律に関する専門的なアドバイスを構成するものではありません。渡航に関する決定はすべてユーザー自身の責任において行ってください。
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。動作の継続性、特定目的への適合性、正確性について、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証もいたしません。
開発者は本アプリの機能・コンテンツをいつでも予告なく変更、追加、削除することができます。
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツに関する知的財産権はすべて開発者に帰属します。無断での複製・転載・商業利用を禁止します。
本規約は将来変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートまたは本ページにて通知します。変更後も継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

By using TravelGuard ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
The App is a tool to help you review travel risks and manage checklists before a trip. Risk information and checklist items are provided for reference only. All final decisions regarding safety and risk management are the user's sole responsibility.
Reminder notifications use the device's local notification system. The App does not guarantee the exact timing of notifications.
Content provided by the App is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice on travel, safety, insurance, or law. All travel decisions are made at the user's own risk and responsibility.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
The developer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by the developer. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
These Terms may be updated in the future. We will notify you of any material changes via an app update or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
